UMAJI APP

"UMAJI" 這個名字來自「你的麻吉(match)」，意味著你最好的朋友，也就是希望UMAJI這個應用程式能夠成為使用者交通上的隨行秘書，並主動為使用者提供各式交流，透過全旅程服務整合的目的，利用先進技術解決旅運者在起迄點間所遭遇的問題，包括運具不足、轉乘資訊、訂位購票及付款等，配合我國運輸行為之特性，進行在地客製化。此平台整合台灣現有運具以及創新的行動服務加上票證整合，解決旅運者通勤、返鄉、出差、出遊的痛點，並由此減少自駕，以此讓交通主管單位以MaaS服務達到降低運輸系統壅擠的目標而該app作為推廣用途，我們運用插畫的方式結合動畫，吸引大眾了解並熟識該品牌所提供之功能。

The name “UMAJI” is derived from “your Maji” which is a Taiwanese slang for close friend. We hope that the UMAJI mobile app can be a best friend or an accompanying secretary for travellers. Using advanced technology, UMAJI is able to quickly and actively provide users with a wide range of services. The UMAJI app serves the purpose of a full-journey service integration to solve the problems encountered by travelers from the beginning to the end of their trip, such as the lack of transportation, public transport schedules, booking tickets, making payment, etc., in line with the characteristics of China's transportation behaviour. UMAJI has a wide market appeal, so to promote it an illustrated animation was produced, which showcases the usage and functionality of the app in the form of storytelling.
